For parents
I provide education and consultation to parents to design parenting-time plans that are best for their children. This work, which dovetails with my divorce coaching and Collaborative Divorce Facilitation work, takes into account the children’s ages, particular personalities and needs, parents’ work schedules, parenting history, etc.
For attorneys
I provide work product reviews of PRE reports written by other mental health professionals. Typically, after reviewing a colleague’s PRE report, I discuss my initial thoughts with the attorney who has hired me. Next, the attorney determines whether she or he would like me to evaluate the underlying data the PRE report was based on, and if he or she would like me to write a work product review. I also assist attorneys in developing questions to ask the original PRE as part of their trial preparation.
